Description Villa Nepheli is a newly built villa divided in 2 floors with a nice terrace in the entrance where the swimming pool is. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a fireplace, a big dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with its own bathroom and an extra shower/wc. An internal stairway leads to the first floor and to the 3 bedrooms, one with its own bathroom and 2, which share another bath/wc. All the rooms have access to a veranda or a balcony. On the terrace there is a barbecue with patio furniture, all under a pergola and surrounded by beautiful flowers. In the basement there is a gym and a Jacuzzi for relaxation. All rooms have A/C at an extra charge.

NotesVilla Nepheli is found in the centre of the traditional medieval village of Loutra. The village has many historical elements of the Venetian period (narrow picturesque alleys, interior gardens, arcades, fountain etc). It is in a distance of 8 km. from Rethymno and 3 km from the sea. It is found at an altitude of 250 m. and it commands in the centre of properties with endless olive trees and profuse vegetation, which reaches the sea. A car is considered to be essential for exploring the whole area and our nice island.

Reservation PolicyPayment:
Prices include all taxes. Once the availability and the total cost of the services are confirmed by our company, (usually within 24 hours from your request) your confirmation will be asked. For reservations till 29 days before the arrival, we require a deposit of the 30% of the total cost. For reservations less than 28 days before the arrival the whole amount (100%) of the total cost is required. There are no other charges to be added.After payment is charged, you will receive your travel documents along with your payment receipt.

The only charges you get, are for administration fee and expenses that were made for your reservation phone calls, fax, etc.

Extension / Alteration of Holidays:
Extending your holidays is not always possible, although every effort will be made. No refund will be given for a stay shorter, than the one you booked, and the villa, house or apartment is free to be let after the client's departure. A major alteration may be treated as cancellation.

Insurance:
Although Greece is of course a full European Union member, many of its customs and practices differ from the familiar in Northern Europe, particularly in terms of medical facilities. You should also assume that you are not personally insured when carried in any motor vehicle. Therefore, you take out your own travel insurance.

Air Travel:
Please make your own flight arrangements and then inform us of the details. We are not responsible for any problems with flights such as delays or cancellations by the operator or their agents.

Accommodation:
The accommodation is for the exclusive use of the clients and is not to be sub-let under any circumstances. All breakages and losses must be paid for prior to departure, which normally ends at noon on the last day of rental. In case of late departure, we can extend your stay in the House, villa or apartment only in case that not new clients are expected.

Liability:
Our organization is not responsible for loss or damage to clients because of circumstances beyond its control, such as failures of public supplies or transportation, acts by governments, civil disturbances, acts of God etc. In the unlikely event of any observations or complaints, do please discuss these directly with us, at the time, during your stay.

Cancellation PolicyCancellation made for any reason will result to "cancellation fees".

If you would like to cancel or modify your request send us e-mail. "Safe Period" for cancelling your reservation is considered the number of days prior the arrival date that are safe to cancel.
If your reservation is cancelled "on time" this means that there is no cancellation fee to be paid.
