Description This charming, 3-storey villa, is positioned in the small hamlet of Viran Episkopi, some 14 km away from Rethymnon. Villa Elena is 220sqm in size, suitable for 7 people, and is surrounded with pretty gardens within large grounds of 15.000sqm. There is a private swimming pool with children’s pool (total size 55sqm).

On the first floor there is a large open plan living/dining room with open fireplace, TV, and comfortable seating. The well-equipped built in kitchen has an electric cooker with oven, dishwasher, and a large dining table. There is also a vacuum cleaner. Also on the first floor there is a large bathroom with shower/WC and a washing machine. A wooden staircase leads to the second floor, which has four bedrooms, all of them with air conditioning (at an extra charge). The master bedroom has a double bed and dressing table. Further there is another bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with twin beds, and one bedroom with a single bed, all of them sharing one bathroom with bath/WC. A camp bed can be added for a 8th person. From the balconies, continuing around each floor, there are wonderful views over the village and the surrounding landscape.
2 babycots are available at extra charge.The house has CENTRAL HEATING (extra charge) and is so suitable for WINTERHOLIDAYS. From 2005 on there will be a barbeque in the garden.

The sandy beach, and the nearest mini-market, tavernas and small shops can be found in Stavromenos, approximately 2 km away. The village of Perama with a wide variety of tavernas, shops, post office, and a bank, can be found at a distance of 10 km. Interesting outings can be made to the traditional village of Margarites, the ruins of old Eleftherna, and the famous monastery of Arkadi. Due to the quiet setting, we consider a car to be essential.

Notescar or minibus rental from ports/airports all over Crete is possible too, anyway you will get a detailed description according your arrival place
